Radici in Tavola is a gastronomic format dedicated to the meeting point between local cuisine and the world of wine.
For each event, the restaurant partners with a carefully selected winery — prestigious names that strongly represent the Italian wine scene — to create a unique tasting experience together. A culinary journey created by Nostra Cucina to celebrate Piedmontese ingredients, flavours and traditions, accompanied by a selection of wines from the winery featured that evening. A way to discover the region through two languages that come together: cuisine and wine.
